These policies explain exactly what happens after you submit a request. We keep the process transparent, personal and proportionate to a small independent project.
Order requests
Submitting the form records your requested products and amount. For physical products, the order becomes ready for payment only after we confirm availability, shipping and the final total by email.
Digital delivery
The memoir is delivered to the email used in the order after payment is confirmed. Country, city and home address are not required. Please check the selected edition and the spelling of your email before submitting.
Physical shipping
Shipping cost and timing depend on destination and urgency. We confirm them individually before payment. Delivery estimates begin after payment, design approval when applicable, and production.
Prices & payment
All amounts are shown in USD. The displayed base amount reflects production or sourcing; choosing a higher amount supports the family and the continuity of ONE SOUL. Payment uses the official WhyDonate campaign only after the order is recorded.
Custom and made-to-order work
Production normally begins after the relevant design or details are approved. Personalised products cannot usually be cancelled after production starts, except where the delivered item is defective or materially differs from the approved request.
Cancellations & issues
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Before production or digital delivery, we review cancellation requests individually. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, send clear photos and the order number so we can assess a replacement or fair resolution.
Privacy
Names, contact details, delivery information and uploaded files are used only to review, fulfil, support and document the order. Files are not licensed, sold or used for unrelated promotion without separate permission.
Cookies & analytics
Essential storage keeps language and cart choices working. Meta Pixel is loaded only after you allow analytics and may then measure page views and shopping events. You can decline without affecting the store and reopen your choice below at any time.
