01Do I need a shipping address for the digital book?
No full shipping address is required for the electronic version. We ask for your name, email, country and postal code so the book request and education-campaign payment can be matched clearly.
02How do I pay for clothing, mugs and other pieces?
In the cart, the “Payment method” section opens the family-support campaign on WhyDonate with the amount to pay. After paying, attach a screenshot of the payment confirmation and submit your order. If you pay later, send the screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number.
03How are physical shipping costs calculated?
After receiving your destination and delivery preference, we verify the available route, cost and timing and confirm them by email.
04Where does my payment go?
The book is paid to the campaign you choose: Mohammed’s education journey or the family of 18. Clothing, mugs and every other piece are paid through the WhyDonate campaign supporting a family of 18 in Gaza. If shipping costs apply, we confirm them with you by email or WhatsApp.
05Can I choose a higher amount?
Yes. The book starts at $20 and a printed copy adds $20; any higher amount supports Mohammed’s education journey. For other products, any amount above the base price supports the family.
06How do I track an order?
Use the order number from your confirmation together with the same email or WhatsApp in the tracking section on the home page.
07When does a custom design enter production?
After your request is reviewed and the design or details are approved. The standard design review target is four days unless the order requires more clarification.
08What if something doesn’t work?
Message us on WhatsApp at +972 59 733 9697. We reply personally and can complete or correct your order with you.
