01Do I need a shipping address for the digital book?
No. The book is delivered by email, so only your name and a valid email are required. WhatsApp is optional.
02Why do I submit the order before paying?
This gives every request an official reference and prevents payment before product availability, shipping and the final amount are clear.
03How are physical shipping costs calculated?
After receiving your destination and delivery preference, we verify the available route, cost and timing and confirm them by email.
04Can I choose a higher amount?
Yes. The base amount covers production or sourcing as closely as possible. Any amount above it directly supports the family and helps the project continue.
05How do I track an order?
Use the order number from your confirmation together with the same email or WhatsApp in the tracking section on the home page.
06When does a custom design enter production?
After your request is reviewed and the design or details are approved. The standard design review target is four days unless the order requires more clarification.
